A large crowd protested the possibility of outsourcing Nevada County library management Tuesday morning in a festive, yet determined way.About 100 protesters assembled in front of the Rood Center then packed the Board of Supervisors meeting with signs that read, "Local control, local accountability" and "Carnegie is crying," among others."This is the foundation of democracy," protester Mark Sherwood said of the libraries.
