Police blotter: Thefts of 10 pumpkins, 900 pounds of apples reported

Friday

10:53 a.m. — A man from the 100 block of South Auburn Street reported his wallet was stolen from a store.

11:06 a.m. — A caller from Brunswick Road and Sutton Way reported a possible fight.

11:27 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported the theft of a Honda Accord.

11:34 a.m. — A caller from the 800 block of west Main Street reported a man sleeping in a vehicle for two days, who was moving on.

12:51 p.m. — A caller from South Church and Chapel streets reported a pigeon issue.

2:02 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of Sutton Way reported three men talking about breaking into vehicles.

4:43 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of West Main Street reported a juvenile assaulted a staff member; the juvenile was cited.

4:51 p.m. — A caller reported a possible fraud.

6:08 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Depot Street reported four juveniles possibly involved in drug activity. A formerly missing juvenile was cited.

9:13 p.m. — A man from the 200 block of Lloyd Street reported a woman threatened him with a rifle. She said it was a BB gun and it was in the closet.

3:34 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Lloyd Street reported a man going through a vehicle, who then left.

5:54 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported that a shoplifter tried to steal a lot of items and might have stolen medication.

8:22 a.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported finding a purse with drugs inside.

10:07 a.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Delia Court reported the theft of 10 large pumpkins worth more than $100.

11:41 a.m. — A caller from East Main Street reported the theft of a credit card.

12:01 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of East Main Street reported vandalism.

12:14 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of South Church Street reported finding a large stack of credit cards.

1:30 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Granite Hill Court reported two known drug dealers squatting in an apartment.

1:51 p.m. — A caller from a pet store in the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a stray dog just walked in and would not leave.

3:59 p.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and Empire Street reported a bearded man flying a kite in the road; he could not be located.

4:02 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a shoplifter, who was cited.

7:36 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West Berryhill Drive reported multiple juveniles in the parking lot, smoking and drinking.

8:47 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported two men just stole two 12-packs of beer.

10:21 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a drunken man asking people where to buy meth.

Sunday

12:14 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of South Auburn Street reported a vehicle hit a pole. A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.

9:29 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Tyler-Foote Crossing Road reported the theft of 900 pounds of apples from an orchard.

10:04 a.m. — A caller from Ridge Road and Rough and Ready Highway reported a son was hit in the head with an ax and was being taken to the hospital.

10:27 a.m. — A man from the 11000 block of Lakeshore South reported a house had been broken into.

12:08 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported a fraud.

3:45 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Inverness Way reported identity theft.

3:55 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of La Barr Meadows Road reported the theft of a generator from a porch.

4:36 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Rough and Ready Highway reported the theft of a vehicle.

6:36 p.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Lake Vera-Purdon Road reported the theft of a tablet from a vehicle.

6:55 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Paradise Drive reported a possibly poached deer had been dumped, with its head cut off.

10:07 p.m. — A caller from Lewis and Genasci roads reported three gunshots.

11:34 p.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of China Hollow Road reported a large party involving 50 to 100 juveniles. They then were leaving, and a caller reported a rolled vehicle. At 1:37 a.m., a caller from that road reported finding a phone with photos of nude children.

1:40 a.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Lone Pine Drive reported a loud party.

8:12 a.m. — A caller from the Lake of the Pines main beach reported the theft of a $500 canoe.

9:16 a.m. — A caller from the Alta Sierra club house reported people causing problems during an election.

1:58 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Wolf Drive reported items stolen from unlocked vehicles.

5:37 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Peninsula Drive reported a person screaming. A man was arrested on suspicion of resisting arrest.

6:57 p.m. — A caller from Banner Lava Cap and Red Dog Cross roads reported trespassing hunters.

10:43 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Greenhorn Access Road reported a drunken woman and dogs running all over, with the dogs trying to attack the caller.

11:11 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Willowbrook Lane reported eight people in a physical fight; they had been trying to break up a dog fight and no one was injured.

11:45 p.m. — A caller from Carriage Road reported a burglary.

Sunday

1:31 a.m. — A caller from Highway 174 and Mark Road reported a vehicle hit a boulder in the road, but no one was injured.
