The bluesy talents of South County jazz choirs were showcased over the weekend at the California Capital Vocal Jazz Show Choir Festival in Sacramento, where the Magnolia Intermediate School’s Starmakers won first place in their category as well as third overall, which involved competing against high school-level students.
