Two men who reportedly started a fire in the woods off Freeman Lane to keep warm ended up in county jail Thursday night. Grass Valley Police officers responded at about 7 p.m. to a report of people lighting a fire in a wooded area near the water treatment plant on Freeman Lane, according to dispatch reports.
