Visitors at this year’s Thursday Night Market in Grass Valley should expect to find a marked increase in the number of local and food-related vendors. “People wanted it to be more of a hometown event,” said Julia Jordan, executive director of the Grass Valley Downtown Association, which organizes the Thursday Night Market.
