A Nevada City man was arrested on DUI charges after allegedly trying to flee from law enforcement at high speeds Wednesday morning and crashing his BMW. A Nevada County Sheriff’s deputy reportedly saw the BMW on Highway 174 south of Bass Trail at about 2:15 a.m., driving at a high rate of speed.
