Three separate drug sale cases were resolved Friday in Nevada County Superior Court. Ralph Emanuel Bisiaux had pleaded no contest to one count of possessing a controlled substance for sale in connection with an August 2012 arrest and was sentenced to five months in jail. Bisiaux allegedly tried to flush part of his stash down the toilet as members of the Nevada County Sheriff’s Narcotics Task Force entered his residence in the 10000 block of Durbrow Road Tuesday.
