A Grass Valley teenager is facing five criminal counts after being wrestled to the ground by police, who said they found a loaded handgun on his person. Richard Lyle Roberts, 18, was arrested and charged with carrying a concealed loaded firearm, attempting to sell a firearm and resisting arrest after police allegedly found a loaded 9 mm Glock handgun after a routine pat-down search, said Grass Valley Police Sgt.
