Sierra Commons, a Nevada City nonprofit organization that helps foster local businesses, is moving across town into the Seven Hills Business District. With a Jan. 10 move-in date planned, Sierra Commons will settle into a two-story structure on the southern end of Seven Hills, located at 792 Searls Ave., just before the Gold Flat Road exit and entrance to Highway 49. “It’s a beautiful two-story house with parking and wheelchair accessibility,” said Robert Trent, Sierra Common’s executive director.
