Nevada City woman arrested in suspected prescription forgery A suspicious pharmacy employee’s call to the Grass Valley Police Department ended in the arrest of a Nevada City woman on charges that she forged several prescriptions. Police responded to Kmart at about 3 p.m. Friday after the employee reported a possible altered prescription for oxycodone. After an investigation, they allegedly determined that Sarah Kristen Rogers, 25, had taken a prescription issued to her for a non-narcotic medication and forged it in an attempt to obtain Oxycontin.
