Mark your calendars to watch the 21st annual Nevada County Food & Toy Run Saturday when hundreds of motorcyclists from throughout Northern California make their way from the Rood Center through Nevada City and Grass Valley and to the fairgrounds. It is exhilarating to watch more than 1,000 biker “elves” decked out in holiday attire and laden with gifts for local children as they wind their way through our streets.
