Leslie Joan Marshall, a beloved mom, grandma and friend, passed away July 25, 2012, at home in Penn Valley, Calif. She was 62. Private services were held at Hooper and Weaver in Nevada City, Calif. Leslie Joan Marshall, known to many as Joan, was born Oct. 5, 1949, to Lester Carl and Viola May Marshall in Antioch, Calif. She grew up there and graduated from Antioch High School in 1967.
