A Grass Valley man was arrested after he allegedly broke into a store and stole cigarettes and beer, then was found passed out at the site of a second alleged break-in attempt. Grass Valley Police officers were dispatched to an alarm call at a grocery store in the 500 block of Brighton Street at about 10:19 p.m. Tuesday, according to dispatch reports.
