A Grass Valley man remained in county jail after Nevada County Sheriff’s deputies conducting a compliance check on an alleged marijuana grow allegedly found him sitting at a card table, trimming marijuana cola in the nude. Robert Alan Furnas, 53, had been caretaking the property on Hummer Lane, off Wolf Mountain Road, said Sheriff Keith Royal. But the elderly owners had told him to leave because of his conduct, Royal said.
