A public meeting will be held tonight to discuss the merits of Measure N, a ballot measure proposing a half-cent sales tax increase in Grass Valley. Presented by the Committee For Yes on Measure N, the meeting will be begin at 6 p.m. at the Nevada County Contractors Association, located at 149 Crown Point Circle.
