The South Nevada County Chamber of Commerce will host a town hall meeting from 6:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. today, at the Higgins Lions Community Center located at 22490 East Hacienda Dr. (near Lake of the Pines). Appearing at the forum will be candidates from the races of the Pleasant Ridge Union School District Board of Directors, Nevada Irrigation District Division 3 and the Higgins Area Fire Protection District.
