The annual fall Designs for Living Home Tour will be Saturday and Sunday. This event, which showcases local homes, benefits Music in the Mountains. This year six houses have been selected around Nevada City — to give visitors time to get to all the houses they want, and still be able to enjoy their time there, organizers said. The houses are selected for their “curiosity, variety and inspiration,” Chairperson Celia Edwards said.
