The FBI is asking Northern Californians to be on the lookout for a man who disappeared after robbing a Carmichael bank at approximately 1:30 p.m. on March 25. The African-American man robbed the Bank of America at 6705 Fair Oaks Blvd., and was in his mid-30s to early 40s. The suspect had a beard, a gray spot of hair on top of his head and was wearing a torn yellow short over a tank top with dark pants and white tennis shoes.
