Local Habitat for Humanity project is top notch

Citizens of the great town of Grass Valley! It has been my pleasure to help build the latest home for Habitat for Humanity.

First of all, Chip Gauthier is building the most energy-efficient home in the history of Habitat. He is using the latest and best information available on this home.

Geothermal, spray foam insulation and ICF's walls are just a few examples.

If you haven't stopped by and looked at this home, you need to take just a few minutes and check it out.

Your organization that plans, builds and services this community should be given a great big yippee! They are doing an amazing job.

From the director, to the board and to its members, thank you for doing an excellent job.

I know I am going to leave some people out but thanks to Tim Jacobs. He has been Chip's righthand man. Thanks to Ryan Hoskins of Elite Heating and Cooling for the work you are doing on this home. Hydro-Temp and Henry Gross for developing the latest, most efficient geothermal unit known to mankind.

Again, it has been my pleasure in being just a small part of this wonderful project.
