Police blotter: Singers on corner draw neighbor's ire

Friday

7:33 a.m. — A caller from the DMV reported smoke in the building.

8:34 am. — A woman from Primrose Lane reported a man just threw eggs at her house.

8:42 a.m. — A man from the 500 block of South Auburn Street reported the theft of items from a residence.

9:33 a.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported identity theft.

10:12 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of West Main Street reported vandalism.

11:22 a.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported graffiti.

1:45 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of South Auburn Street reported the theft of $3,000 worth of camera equipment from a vehicle.

2:07 p.m. — A caller from the 1300 block of East Main Street reported possible drug activity.

2:40 p.m. — A caller from Bennett Street and Kidder Avenue reported people in the cemetery smoking pot.

2:55 p.m. — A man from Primrose Lane reported a person stole his belongings.

3:11 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Dorsey Drive reported the theft of belongings from a 10-year-old.

3:14 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of South Auburn Street reported a burglary to a vehicle.

4:05 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a man shoplifted and left; he could not be located.

7:20 p.m. — A caller from Bank Street and Hansen Way reported a man almost hit a teen in a crosswalk and threatened him after the teen accidentally hit his vehicle with his foot.

7:52 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a man threatened her with a gun; she said she did not see it, but he had something in the back of his pants. A man was arrested on suspicion of making a criminal threat and obstruction.

3:13 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a person sleeping against a door, covered in vomit.

10:39 a.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Bank Street reported that a person needing medical assistance pulled a knife.

12:34 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Brunswick Road reported a person dumped illegal substances in front of a business.

1:05 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Neal Street reported a woman tried to run her over.

4:12 p.m. — A man from the 200 block of Cornwall Avenue reported a trespasser threatened to hit him.

4:45 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported that a woman shoplifted items. She bumped the caller with her vehicle when he stood behind it, then fled on foot. Several items were recovered.

8:36 p.m. — A caller from the 700 block of Sutton Way reported a man punched another man in the face before leaving on foot. The victim jumped the fence and left the area.

9:31 p.m. — A caller from Highway 20 and Brighton Street reported someone possibly throwing water bottles from the overpass at passing vehicles.

9:40 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of Whiting Street reported a possible prowler. No one was located.

10:43 p.m. — A caller from the 600 block of East Main Street reported a single gunshot.

11:09 p.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Fairmont Drive reported hearing two gunshots.

11:54 p.m. — A caller from West Empire Street and Kechely Court reported people singing on the corner; they could not be located.

3:31 a.m. — A woman from the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported a man pushed her. He reported an assault and had a minor cut on his nose. The situation was mediated.

8:30 a.m. — A caller from Rex Reservoir reported a person cut trees that had fallen across phone lines.

9:29 a.m. — A woman from the 14000 block of La Noria Court reported a loose pig in her yard.

10:13 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Spring Lane reported a fraud.

1:59 p.m. — A woman from the Penn Valley park and ride reported a road rage incident, with a man hitting her windshield.

2:04 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Vandevere Road reported former tenants left marijuana in a residence.

5:10 p.m. — A caller from the 24000 block of Camelia Way reported a physical fight involving a man and a woman. A man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, and spousal abuse.

5:43 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Elnora Drive reported the theft of tools last week.

8:51 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Metcalf Road reported hearing several gunshots.

9:36 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Cedar Way reported someone tried to enter a residence; the keys had been stolen two days prior.

9:47 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Benedict Canyon Lane reported promiscuous shooting.

10:29 p.m. — A woman from the 14000 block of Greenpeace Lane reported a man hit her. He could not be located. At 12:42 a.m., the man reported his eye was stabbed out and a woman was smashing things. She called to report he attacked her and hit himself in the eye with his cell phone. She was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

12:28 a.m. — A caller from McCourtney and Lime Kiln roads reported that a teenage girl in pajamas was asking for a ride to the cemetery.

2:48 a.m. — A man from the 15000 block of Allison Ranch Road reported hiding in a big white limo because a gang was chasing him from Butte County.

3:03 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Ball Road reported a doorbell ditch.

5:28 a.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of Long Court reported an attempted burglary with one person detained; the other fled. A man was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

10:14 a.m. — A caller from Broad and York streets reported an assault. No medical attention was needed.

7:16 a.m. — A caller from Sacramento Street reported a person sleeping in a bathroom, who was advised not to return.

2:20 a.m. — A man from the 200 block of Broad Street reported a woman was beating him up; they were separating for the night.

1:02 a.m. — A caller from Spring and South Pine streets reported an assault.
