Grass Valley and Nevada City police departments were experiencing technical difficulties and could not provide a daily activity log.

8:22 a.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Highway 49 reported a subject came into the market and touched her on her posterior, and she is not happy about it.

9:47 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 bock of Message Place reported she received a call from someone who asked her to call the police because someone was cutting down trees.

10:49 a.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Candlewood Court reported credit card theft.

11:38 a.m. — A caller from the 31000 block of Relief Hill Road reported she was advised by her real estate agent that there was a subject in the residence with a flashlight last night.

12:18 p.m. — A caller from the 25000 block of China Hollow Road reported a barking dog in a kennel outside that had been barking for hours.

1:42 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Rough and Ready Road reported a tree that had fallen in the road and blocked the roadway.

2:23 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Pasquale Road reported she has a dog detained that killed one of her chickens.

3:34 p.m. — A caller reported a vacant residence that a woman with a large, brightly colored tattoo on her right arm was at yesterday who was no longer there.

3:38 p.m. — A caller from the 21000 block of Higgins Road reported a theft of items from his business and that he has subjects on camera.

3:53 p.m. — A caller from Bitney Springs Road and Douglas Lane reported a dead cat in the road.

4:04 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of La Costa Court reported identification theft.

4:17 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Highland Drive reported a bat hanging on the side of the wall above the hot tub.

4:25 p.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Little Valley Road reported a burglary to the residence that was occupied a few nights ago.

5:21 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Boundary Way reported subjects who trespassed onto their property who come from Charles Drive. He recently reported a theft from his property.

7:14 p.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Oak Tree Road reported vandalism to his fence.

8:31 p.m. — A caller from the 17000 block of Cattle Drive reported a customer refusing to leave the property and that this is an ongoing issue with the customer.

10:40 p.m. — A caller from Ridge Road reported wondering when PG&E will be back up, stating that it may turn into a medical issue.

11:54 p.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Greenpeace Lane reported a “subject” is back and hung up, stating he was looking for him.

11:59 p.m. — A caller from Valencia Road and Mile Drive reported three shots heard in the area.

12:23 a.m. — A caller from Combie Road and Highway 49 reported a male subject sitting on the side of the road that looked like he was shooting up.

12:50 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Mooney Flat Road reported he can hear an outdoor concert that is still going on at a restaurant.

1:27 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Vista Avenue reported numerous firecrackers going off in the neighborhood.

1:28 a.m. — A caller from Vista Avenue and Sierra Drive reported subjects shooting in the area and yelling for the last 30 minutes.

3:03 a.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Scotts Flat Road reported five subjects being loud who possibly had been drinking possibly setting off car alarms.

6:44 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of McCourtney Road reported a brown and black bulldog foaming at the mouth in front of his yard.

8:27 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of New Brunswick Court reported theft from an unlocked vehicle and stated his registration was stolen.

8:50 a.m. — A caller from Wolf Mountain Road reported a communications shelter that was broken into, and items were scattered in the roadway.

9:01 a.m. — A caller from Retrac Road reported an injured rabbit on the side of the road that they hit last night and is still alive.

9:03 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Norlene Way reported theft of artist pallet and paintings that occurred Friday from her front porch.

9:21 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49/Highway 20 and Idaho-Maryland Road reported a bookshelf in the slow lane of the highway.

10:41 a.m. — A caller from Tahoe Boulevard and Ponderosa Road reported an injured bear on the side of the road.

10:59 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Tyler Foote Crossing Road reported he picked up a confined stray dog.

1:11 p.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Oak Ridge Road reported an empty field next to her residence, and subjects just pulled up with motorcycles to ride in the field, and she is worried about a fire and does not know if they have spark arrestors or not.

Sunday

2:11 a.m. — A caller from Rough and Ready Highway reported a young man lying in the middle of the road who got up and was stumbling in the roadway.

8:49 a.m. — A caller from the 16000 block of Fawn Path Drive reported a mountain lion being chased by a coyote.
