I, too, was a victim of a drunk driver here in Nevada County. Although I have not suffered as greatly as Mr. Lason, I'm empathetic to his frustration with the system. However, it was Dave Walters' dedication and commitment to bringing justice to my case that restored my faith in the fact that there are people in the system that do want to make a difference.
