Dj Dakini is one of Australia's most high profile and longstanding female DJs. She has been captivating dancefloors at major outdoor festivals all over Australia and New Zealand since 1999, evolving through genre after genre of hypnotic sonics over the years. Originally known for playing progressive trance records on sunrise dancefloors in the Australian outdoors, Dakini's dj style now spans many lush and bass heavy sonic genres and she is often dubbed the "Shamanic Bass Specialist" – shamanic bass music, ethnowhomp, templecrunk, glitch step, glitch hop, wobble, dubstep, dubtronica, IDM, lush temple beats, downbeat, psydub, world & ambient shamanic soundscapes. She has played at numerous large & small international outdoor festivals/events/clubs in Australia & New Zealand over the last 12 years such as: Rainbow Serpent Festival, Earth Frequency Festival, Earthdance International Festival for Peace, Tribeadelic Gathering, Maya Festival, Earthcore, Phonoscope, Exodus Cybertribal Gathering, Akasha Festival, Submerge Chill Festival, Island Time Festival, Earthdream, Outback Eclipse Festival, Cairns Winter Solstice Festival, Parihaka Peace Festival, Canaan Downs Festival and many more. Dakini exploded onto the west coast bass culture with her first trip la playa last year performing mind blowing mixes at Sacred Spaces Village and Fractal Planet. This will be her first appearance back in the US since last fall.

Galactic Wind goes beyond all genres into a mashup of styles and cultures from the ever morphing now of global dancefloor. House, whomp, deep dubstep to old school hip hop beats. He has played at numerous events and festivals around the world including Glastonbury, Shambhala, Burning Man, Waveform, Boom!, Sunrise, Envision, Sonic Bloom, Eclipse 2012, Glade, Entheos and conscious club events like London's Synergy Project, Inspiral Café, Deep Green, Haven Underground and many others. In other incarnations he has been Production Manager at Fractal Planet and can often be found at festivals in a portacabin with a bunch of radios. We are Very Excited to have Mark join us this year at Sacred Spaces Village on la playa.

Sacred Spaces Village is a diverse international inter-faith visionary community of artists, activists and mystics seeking to improve the collective intelligence of humanity. We provide grounded, heart-centered sacred spaces for individuals to heal, learn/teach, create art, and transform themselves and the world.

Sacred Spaces Village was born from collaborations amongst several Burning Man camps on the Pantheogenesis Project in 2008 building a 12,000 square feet Temple Complex on the Esplanade based off the Qabbalistic Tree of Life. In 2009, we produced the Evolutionary Temple Complex & provided a home for the largest visionary art gallery on the playa. In 2010, we created a temple of the seven chakras with the Playa's largest offering of workshops, live music performances, yoga classes and visionary art. In 2011 we expanded our musical offering to feature dance parties and all night entertainment with big sound. 2012 we featured Temples of Alchemy and in 2013 Ascension Gateway we were winners of the prestigious Golden Rebar Award for BEST Theme Camp on la playa. This year we will be expanding our stage and going SOLAR!!!!
