Shots fired from marijuana garden

Tuesday

8:57 a.m. — A caller outside a business on the 600 block of Sutton Way reported a man soliciting signatures for a petition. The petitioner refused to leave when asked and was disturbing customers, the caller said.

10:31 a.m. — A caller at a gas station on the 1900 block of Nevada City Highway reported a customer refusing to pay for services.

12:12 p.m. — A caller at a business on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a shoplifter.

12:19 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Glenwood Road reported rental tenants had abandoned their residence and taken items with them.

2:33 p.m. — A caller at a business on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a shoplifter.

3:31 p.m. — Another caller at a business on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a shoplifter.

4:17 p.m. — A caller at a business on the 600 block of Pelton Way reported a theft.

5:31 p.m. — A caller at a business on the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported another shoplifter.

11:06 p.m. ­— A caller at a business on the 600 block of Freeman Lane reported theft of her dog from her vehicle.

11:16 p.m. — A caller at a business on the corner of Henderson Street and Memorial Lane reported a subject sleeping on the back of the porch.

10:47 a.m. — A caller at a business on the 16700 block of Highway 49 reported the theft of sodas.

12:07 p.m. — A caller from the 16100 block of Fawn Path Drive reported someone put nails in her driveway.

6:19 p.m. — A caller from the 21000 block of Perimeter Road reported hearing multiple shots fired from a marijuana garden. The caller also reported a car driving near the garden.

7:32 p.m. — A caller from the 10400 block of Crestview Drive reported that a neighbor approached the caller’s residence with a knife stating he was looking for family members who may have stolen from him.

4:42 p.m. — A caller near the intersection of Clay and Nile streets reported a transient male wandering through a neighborhood and wandering on and off of properties.
