Police blotter: Multiple bikes stolen in Grass Valley

Tuesday

10:42 a.m. ­— A caller reported heroin and marijuana in an apartment in the 200 block of Joerschke Drive. The tenant had a medical marijuana recommendation and a small amount of marijuana. Nothing else was found.

10:43 a.m. ­— A caller from the 100 block of Neal Street reported possible drug deals taking place. No one was located.

11:41 a.m. ­— A caller from South Church and Neal streets reported a man cutting himself with a knife. A report was taken.

12:11 p.m. ­— A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a purse.

12:15 p.m. ­— A caller from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported the theft of a black BMX bicycle.

12:18 p.m. ­— A caller from the 600 block of Kechely Court reported a lost grey Haro mountain bike.

12:21 p.m. ­— A caller from the 100 block of Catherine Lane reported the theft of a Redline Next Edition bicycle.

12:23 p.m. ­— A caller from the 200 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of an Enduro mountain bike.

4:52 p.m. ­— A caller from Memorial Park reported a physical fight.

6:52 p.m. ­— A caller from Race Street and Highway 174 reported a man shooting paint balls into the pool area, hitting several people. He was chased off by about a dozen people.

7:02 p.m. ­— A caller from Walsh and Lloyd streets reported finding a syringe.

8:31 p.m. ­— A caller from the 100 block of Bennett Street reported transients camping out and causing disturbances.

10:55 p.m. ­— A caller from the 2000 block of Nevada City Highway reported a woman said she was being kidnapped by a man, then left. It was a false report.

11:32 p.m. ­— A caller from the 300 block of Bennett Street reported two boys fighting in a hallway; they were playing.

1:12 a.m. ­— A caller from West Main and Mill streets reported a dispute becoming physical. Everyone was OK.

8:58 a.m. ­— A caller from the 15000 block of Keson Place reported a burglary to a house and storage shed.

1:20 p.m. ­— A caller from the 12000 block of Nuthatch Court reported a blown transformer had caused a small vegetation fire.

3:09 p.m. ­— A caller from the 16000 block of Duggans Road reported an elderly horse had been locked in a pen without shade for several weeks and might not have food or water. The owner was advised to address the shade issue within one week.

3:36 p.m. ­— A caller from the 10000 block of Boulder Street reported possible illegal drug activity.

6:36 p.m. ­— A caller from the 15000 block of Orchard Springs Road reported people took the caller’s property and left.

6:44 p.m. ­— A man from the 10000 block of Melody Road reported a physical fight his brother. The man smashed a bedroom window to gain entry to a bedroom. The caller said he punched him in the face. The man was now throwing items. A report was taken.

6:49 a.m. ­— A woman from the 13000 block of Dishon Place reported the neighbor’s dogs attacked her dog.

9:35 a.m. ­— A caller from Hollow Way reported a vehicle with multiple marijuana plants. It was gone when an officer arrived.

5:02 p.m. ­— A caller from Perseverance Mine Court reported identity theft.
