Heads banged on windows, neglected animals highlight Police Blotter

10:53 a.m. — A caller on the 100 block of Hughes Road reported a male subject threatening him with a knife.

11:22 a.m. — A caller on Primrose Lane reported a burglary.

2:04 p.m. — A caller on the 100 block of East Main Street reported a woman banging her head on the outside window of a black BMW and acting strange.

4:47 p.m. — A caller on the 300 block of Sutton Way reported the theft of a tablet computer and a digital camera.

5:09 p.m. — A caller on the 300 Sutton Way reported an assault: a man was strangled and his phone was stolen.

5:56 p.m. — A caller on the 600 block of South Auburn Street reported a drug transaction behind a motel.

8:02 p.m. — A caller on the 600 block of Walsh Street reported a theft of medications.

8:30 a.m. — A caller near North San Juan Cemetery along Highway 49 reported someone has been sleeping among the graves for three nights. The transient reportedly urinates publicly.

8:34 a.m. — A caller on the 11100 block of Magnolia Road reported the theft of a gas cap and five gallons of gasoline from a vehicle.

10:24 a.m. — A caller near the intersection of Mooney Flat and Englebright Dam roads reported animal neglect: two cows in a pasture that had not been fed in over a week.

8:36 a.m. — A caller on the 13800 block of Mystic Mine Road reported a burglary to a residence.

11:54 a.m. — A caller on the 13700 block of Mystic Mine Road reported a possible burglary: nothing appeared stolen, but a gun was removed from a safe and placed on the couch.

12:10 p.m. — A caller on the 18100 block of Brewer Road reported a “too skinny” dog tied up with no food or water.

2:10 p.m. — A caller on Alpha Toll Road reported the theft of a dog.

9:56 p.m. — A caller on the 11800 block of Tammy Way reported that someone knocked on her door and when she answered, no one was there. Caller said this has been occurring since December.
