Police blotter: One-legged man threatens shooting while woman chants welcome to hell

Friday

8:48 a.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Colfax Avenue reported transients living behind an empty business. They were gone when an officer arrived.

9:22 a.m. — A woman from the 800 block of Old Tunnel Road reported a possible scam involving a threat of arrest.

2:02 p.m. — A caller from the 800 block of Sutton Way reported a large group of roving male transients panhandling, who could not be located.

2”47 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of South School Street reported the theft of a bicycle.

3:37 p.m. — A caller from Condon Park reported a woman defecated in the park, and does it all the time.

9:11 p.m. — A caller from the 300 block of Sutton Way reported the back window of a vehicle was smashed and a briefcase containing a laptop was stolen.

10:13 p.m. — A caller from the 400 block of Henderson Street reported two men shooting up; they could not be located.

Saturday

2:21 a.m. — A caller from Highway 49 and West McKnight Way reported a man walking in the road with his hands up.

4:20 a.m. — A man from the 200 block of Joerschke Drive reported issues in his life. He said he knows who he is and that he created earth. He made no sense and was advised to stop using narcotics and go to bed.

5:25 a.m. — A caller from the 200 block of Bennett Street reported a screaming man.

8:30 a.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported people in an RV using drugs; they were moving on.

12:07 p.m. — A caller from the 500 block of Jenkins Street reported someone broke into a storage area and took a weedeater, blower, skill saws and small hand tools.

1:05 p.m. — A man from the 300 block of Race Street reported the possible theft of a dachshund from a vehicle.

2:18 p.m. — A man from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported the ceiling had collapsed from an upstairs apartment and dumped raw sewage into his apartment.

3:22 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Kendall Street reported squatters.

4 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of Pampas Drive reported two people in a restroom who were not supposed to be there. They were refusing to come out. A woman was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and a man was arrested on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, being under the influence of a controlled substance, and trespassing.

8:06 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of West McKnight Way reported a man in a black Mazda masturbating. He was gone when an officer arrived.

9:06 p.m. — A caller from the 1000 block of Sutton Way reported a man wearing red shorts with his rear end hanging out took an entire case of Reese’s peanut butter cups and left. He was arrested on suspicion of petty theft, vandalism and being drunk in public, as well as outstanding warrants.

9:16 p.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported someone shot off a large firework.

Sunday

12:11 a.m. — A woman from the 600 block of Maltman Drive reported she slipped getting into her running vehicle and it ran over her. She was transported to the hospital.

12:21 a.m. — A caller from North Auburn and Washington streets reported possible prowlers; no one was located.

5:24 a.m. — A woman from the 400 block of Henderson Street reported she broke a glass bottle over a man’s head during a fight. A report was taken.

8:21 a.m. — A caller from Bloomfield-Graniteville Road and Coyote Street reported a pink water truck taking water from the NID ditch.

9:57 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Greenhorn Road reported the theft of firearms.

10:24 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Cozy Grove Court reported a fraud.

10:25 a.m. — A caller from the 13000 block of Fern Court reported dogs attacked the callers’ dog.

10:45 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Brunswick Road reported transient issues.

11:18 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of Banner Lava Cap Road reported being targeted by Jehovah’s witnesses, and was advised of the restraining order process.

12:01 p.m. — A caller from Dalmatian Drive reported elder abuse.

1:51 p.m. — A caller from the 22000 block of Highway 20 requested a welfare check on an extremely skinny cow.

4:50 p.m. — Multiple callers from Ridge Road and Rough and Ready Highway reported a vegetation fire.

5:38 p.m. — A caller from the hospital reported a person from Woodland Loop sought treatment for an assault; no charges were desired.

5:58 p.m. — A caller from the 23000 block of Scotts Flat Road reported trespassers, who were moving on.

6:58 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Park Avenue Extension reported a man was trying to remove multiple trespassers by the creek.

7:20 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Devonshire Circle reported a woman with dementia was missing. She returned home at 8:36 p.m.

7:53 p.m. — A man reported being lost near Relief Hill Road; he was located by search and rescue team members.

8:39 p.m. — A man from Rough and Ready Highway and Adam Avenue said a one-legged man threatened to shoot him with a .45 while a woman chanted “Welcome to hell.”

7:20 a.m. — A caller from Ada,a Avenue and Rough and Ready Highway reported a one-legged man screaming.

9:07 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Ridge Road reported the theft of scooters from the back of a truck.

10:04 a.m. — A man from Carriage Road reported an assault by a 16-year-old boy; no charges were desired.

10:33 a.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Baker Downs reported a dog attacked another dog.

11:30 a.m. — A caller from Woodlake and McCourtney roads reported the theft of a stop sign and a road sign.

1:39 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Wahoo Lane reported possible squatters, who could not be located.

1:49 p.m. — A caller from Ridge Road and Rough and Ready Highway reported a fire had started up again.

3:26 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Boulder Street reported a physical fight involving two men.

3:37 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 block of Bartlett Drive reported a physical fight.

5:10 p.m. — A caller from the 10000 bock of Alta Sierra Drive reported a naked man taking a shower with a hose; he was admonished.

5:22 p.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of McCourtney Road reported a residential burglary with a front door window broken.

5:47 p.m. — A caller from Highway 174 and Peardale Road reported three speeding motorcycles.

6:02 p.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Treehenge Lane reported the theft of mail.

6:05 p.m. — Multiple callers from Highway 174 and Orchard Springs Road reported a woman exposing herself. She could not be located.

7:36 p.m. — A caller from the 31000 block of Relief Hill Road reported a residential burglary; nothing was missing.

11:59 p.m. — A caller from Buckeye Road at Greenhorn reported a loud party for three days with people lighting off dynamite.

Sunday

12:11 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Red Dog Road reported a woman screaming. A woman was arrested on suspicion of spousal abuse.

12:12 a.m. — A caller from the 11000 block of Butler Road reported people yelling and a possible party.

12:29 a.m. — A caller from the 15000 block of Orchard Spring Road reported people at campsites getting progressively more drunk and stoned and causing a noise disturbance. A second call was made at 1:38 a.m.

3:32 a.m. — A caller from the 14000 block of Torrey Pines Drive reported a loud party.

5:35 a.m. — A caller from the hospital reported a person was trying to leave the emergency room while naked.
