Sad we lost another good resident to an alleged drunken driver with three previous DUI arrests. How many people are going to die before we get better courts? Ask any peace officer just why people and others are getting killed by irresponsible people and the answer will always be "the courts." Bleeding-heart judges appointed by bleeding-heart governors has to stop. If anyone driving under the influence goes to court for the third time and is released with a driving license and stiff sentence, the public should get a chance to sentence the judge.
