John Walter Waggoner passed away in McKinleyville on Wednesday, June 27, 2012, of natural causes. He was 90.John was born April 2, 1922, to James and Blanche Waggoner in Fremont, Ohio. He was the first principal of Lyman Gilmore Intermediate School and a Nevada County resident for 40 years.
