Visit historic downtown Grass Valley for 2nd Saturday as a great way to kick off your Valentine's celebration. There will be great artwork and music around downtown. This month The Center for the Arts will host the “Free Coffee” in the Main Gallery and present a multi-media show featuring work by Nevada Union High School students. The exhibit includes painting, photography and mixed media.

Smith Vineyards Tasting Room will feature music and art as well, with works by artist Leslie Ann Webb. Avanguardia Wine Tasting Room will show “Leafages” by Hazel Kahn.

Art Works Gallery will have a show by their member-artists. The gallery is currently showing a number of new members work and is full of new pieces. Grass Valley Wine Company will present music by Tom McDonald and a beautiful photography show.

Artwork at Lucchesi will feature Susan Michaeloski. Catch artist Deb Foen's paintings at Summer Thymes on Colfax Highway.
