Grass Valley Charter would operate at the Hennessy campus, while Scotten would be the home of the 489 of the district's K-4 students. Bell Hill would be the site of Discovery Studies Charter Preschool, with also space to rent.
The third, and final, proposal has grades 5-8 at Lyman Gilmore. Grass Valley Charter K-8 and Discovery Studies Charter Preschool would be located at Hennessy. Scotten would be the site for 489 K-4 students, while Bell Hill would house a Small Innovate K-4 Dual Immersion Program, enrolling about 200 students.
