Women of Worth, a non-profit organization that assists families in crisis and domestic violence victims, is holding a benefit drawing, and will give away a 1959 Nash Metropolitan convertible to raise money.

The Nash Metropolitan was one of the first compact economy cars sold through American car dealerships. Built in England from 1954 to 1962, and sold through Hudson dealers. This Nash Metropolitan is a rare, head-turning convertible jewel recently painted with its engine and clutch rebuilt.

Women of Worth will sell no more than 777 tickets, and 100 percent of proceeds will go directly to the organization. Tickets are $20 each or three for $50, and can be purchased at:

Women of Worth recently opened Hetty's Haven, which provides long-term transitional programs to enable women to safely escape domestic violence. Women of Worth also provides short-term assistance for families in crisis.
