Helen Neff has sold Bikram Yoga Grass Valley/Nevada City to Kelly Schrader, a certified Bikram yoga teacher and integrative nutritional counselor.

Over the next few months, Neff will be working very closely with Schrader to guarantee a smooth transition, and she will continue to teach and give private lessons at Bikram Yoga Grass Valley/Nevada City, she said.
