Closing day for the Yuba Feather Museum in Forbestown will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday.

Plan to attend the Peddlers' Fair and the final Living History Day of the season complete with costumed characters from the 1800's. Vintage clothing, jewelry, hats, costumes, antiques and collectibles will be on sale.

Take a tour of Gold Trader Flat, a replica town of long ago. Baked goods and other snacks from the pantry and icy cold bottles of sarsaparilla will be available.

The museum is well maintained and has fascinating pictures and items that depict local history.
