It would appear that Grass Valley intends to punish the landlord for their tenants wrong doings. Well, you have certainly placed the blame squarely where it does not belong.
But, then again, the landlord is the guy with all that cash. A so-called “easy touch” in these days of greedy endeavors.
By the way, if the police have been down there 60 times in the last year, one would think they may have made a fair number of arrests, and, if not, why not?
Then again, maybe the courts have released them.
A closing thought –– what's going to happen when all the landlords refuse to rent to anyone who even looks remotely suspicious? I can see the lawsuits piling up already.
