A number of local fire departments meet this week.
The Fire Services Delivery Review Committee meets at 9 a.m. today at Fire Station 84, Highway 49 and Coyote Street Extension. Agenda includes selecting a management cost allocation model and a review of sample joint powers authority documents.

The Peardale-Chicago Park Fire Protection District board meets at 7 p.m. Thursday at 18934 Colfax Highway. Agenda includes buying new hose and a report on roadside sign lighting.
The Nevada County Consolidated Fire District's regular board meeting scheduled for 7 p.m. Feb. 18 at Station 84 has been canceled. Instead, a special meeting and workshop will take place at 9 a.m. Feb. 20 at Station 84, 10135 Coyote St., Nevada City.
