Celebrating its 75th year, the Nevada County Association of Realtors installed its new board during an annual event Friday night at the Miners Foundry in Nevada City.

The 2010 Executive Committee includes President Kirk Pharis, President-elect Diane Helms, Secretary Debbie Krogman; Treasurer Sachi Borman and Jeanette Royal, ex-officio.

The 2010 board includes Dick Corn, Linda Keneko, Steve Monical, Christine Foster, Rolf Kleinhans, Yogi Palenko, Michael Straight, Bruce Frager, J.D. Miller and Dottie Ray Souter.

The evening also included several awards. Vicki Downs earned recognition for Community Service; April Smith was named Realtor of the Year and Mike Bratton was named Citizen Of the Year.

Steve DeSena, Charlie Brock and Dick Corn were given Member for Life awards.
