Grace “Rustie” Gustavson died peacefully on Sunday, Nov. 29, at home in Grass Valley.
Friends are welcome for visitation at Chapel of the Angels Mortuary and Crematory, 250 Race St., Grass Valley, from noon to 7 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4; noon to 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 5; and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 6. Services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Sierra Pines United Methodist Church, 22559 W. Hacienda Dr. in southern Nevada County, with Pastor Don Lee officiating.
A private burial will be at Penn Valley Cemetery.
She was born Oct. 9, 1934, in Los Angeles to Al and Nell Boyd.
She married Al Gustavson Aug. 1, 1953.
Mrs. Gustavson was a member of Sierra Pines Methodist Church. Her hobbies were reading and traveling.
She is survived by her husband Al of southern Nevada County; sons, David of Roseville, Dan of Meadow Vista, Gary of Grass Valley and Ron of Auburn; and four grand children.
She is preceded in death by her sisters Mary and Louise.
Memorial contributions can be sent to American Cancer Society.
