What services do you offer?
We are an automotive collision repair shop.
What makes you different?
We believe in delivering the finest quality repairs, with the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Chris' Collision Repair has served the Grass Valley area with honesty and integrity for more than 25 years. Our shop is the only I-CAR Gold shop in the area, and only I-CAR certified technicians repair vehicles. That means our technicians stay up-to-date on the latest repair technology.
Twice a day, we take photos of all the vehicles in the shop and upload them to our Web site. Our customers can check their repair status online and see how much work is really involved in the repairs.
What's new?
Founder Chris Landon has retired! The shop was taken over by his son, Mark, and his wife, Samantha, about six years ago.
We are contracted with most major insurance companies, but still work with all insurance companies and serve individuals. We still striving to provide the mom-and-pop service, even as we have grown.
What are you doing for the holidays?
We have created the nonprofit organization Santa's Helpers.
We know most families are struggling; even Santa and his elves could use a little help.
Our original goal was to find letters from needy children at the local post offices, but due to new regulations and budget cuts, the Post Office will not be participating in Dear Santa programs this year.
This means we need help finding needy families.
Children can write letters to Santa at P.O. Box 906, Grass Valley, CA 95945. Santa's helpers at Chris' Collision will select families in need.
If anyone would like to help with a tax-deductible donation please send a check addressed to Santa's Helpers and mail to 13113 John Bauer Avenue, Grass Valley 95945.
Chris' Collision will match the first $1,000 in donations.
Volunteers dressed as Santa will deliver the gifts to families on Christmas Eve.
What do you love about your work?
We know this organization has the potential to be a huge success. We are excited to see where our first year takes us!
What is your background?
