11:18 a.m. — A man from the 100 block of East Colfax Avenue reported possible squatters on his property. Police advised him it was a civil issue.
1:37 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Eagle Court asked for police assistance for two women who were in an argument. One of them was locked in a bathroom.
3:39 p.m. — A caller from the 900 block of Golden Gate Terrace reported an attempted break-in; the door appeared to have been pried open.
3:51 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Glasson Way reported a Toyota 4 Runner had been stolen from a parking lot.
4:21 p.m. — A caller from Memorial Park reported a group of men at a picnic table, yelling and cursing while people played tennis. The caller was worried because a couple with a child was next in line to use the court. Police arrested two men.
4:56 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Colfax Avenue reported vandalism and trespassing and requested extra patrol at night and after school.
6:02 p.m. — A woman from the 100 block of Dorsey Drive reported her daughter was hysterical after the woman's boyfriend called her fat. The boyfriend had earlier thrown a telephone at the woman.
7:03 p.m. — A woman reported she had hit a bear at Loma Rica and Idaho-Maryland roads and warned there might be an injured bear in the area.
8:25 p.m. — A caller from the 100 block of Mill Street reported two men in a Toyota Tacoma drove down an alley and hit a building. The building was not damaged, but law enforcement was notified to be on the lookout for a possible drunken driver.
10:54 p.m. — A caller from the 1400 block of Segsworth Way reported a verbal disturbance among five people that was turning physical. When police arrived, a woman who had been drinking was advised to quiet down and go inside.
11:28 p.m. — A woman reported her boyfriend was keeping her at the 600 block of South Auburn Street against her will. Police stood by while the woman retrieved her belongings.

9:06 a.m. — A caller from Nevada Union High School reported a person in possession of less than an ounce of marijuana.
9:12 a.m. — A woman from Madrona Way and Banner Lava Cap Road reported juveniles who got off the school bus were followed by a woman in a vehicle who accused them of vandalizing mailboxes, Nevada Irrigation District structures and other items.
10:17 a.m. — A caller from the 12000 block of McCourtney Road reported vandalism.
10:48 a.m. — A caller from Upper Circle and Francis drives reported a man was “casing” the bus stop when juveniles get out of school, and he appeared to be carrying a screwdriver. No crime was found to have occurred.
10:59 a.m. — A caller from the 18000 block of Penn Valley Drive reported a man accidentally shot himself in the left arm. He was transported to Sierra Nevada Medical Hospital, treated and released.
12:06 p.m. — A caller from a business on Penn Valley Drive reported a man who appeared to be using marijuana.
12:28 p.m. — A woman from the 12000 block of Gaston Drive reported an eighth-grader “making advances” to her 12-year-old daughter. She wanted to file a criminal complaint. No crime was found to have occurred, and the boy was admonished.
2:15 p.m. — A man from the 11000 block of Upper Circle reported his neighbor was threatening him and taking pictures of people walking down the street.
3:03 p.m. — A caller from Lower Circle Drive and Norlene Way reported three juveniles smoking marijuana on the corner. They were gone when deputies arrived.
4:26 p.m. — A caller from Cherry Creek reported a disturbance. A woman was on the ground crying and a man was yelling at her. She did not need medical attention, and the parties left in separate vehicles.
5:53 p.m. — A be-on-the-lookout advisory was issued for a stolen, cream-colored Toyota 4 Runner, taken from the Sierra Nevada Memorial Hospital.
7:22 p.m. — A caller from Loma Rica Drive and Idaho-Maryland Road reported an injured bear ran into the woods.

2:14 a.m. — A caller from Tyler Foote Crossing Road reported loud yelling and possibly five shots fired. No one was located.
4:57 a.m. — A woman from the 20000 block of Ocelot Drive reported her father hit her. Another woman called back and said her granddaughter was drunk and tried to stab her father. Everything was fine and there was no need for a response.
