She graduated from Nevada Union High School and Sierra College with a degree in liberal arts. She will be pursuing a studio art degree at Sacramento State University in the fall. She has worked in the jewelry industry for the last seven years.
The future groom is the son of Birdsong and Glenn Sundstrom of Camptonville and Rick and Sue Sander of Sacramento.
He graduated from Nevada Union High School and attended Sierra College. He works as a driver for Waste Management.
They will be married Aug. 8, 2010.
