Thanks very much to The Union for a nice feature story on the “apple assembly” at Hennessey school last week.

In addition to the Bierwagen Farm which supplied apple juice for the kids to taste, Olala Farm supplied the apples for the apple cider press, and Winter Creek Antique Apples supplied several unusual apple varieties for the kids to see.

Other local apple producers include Sunsmile Farms, Loma Rica Ranch Organic Farm, Appley Acres, Country Rubes' Farm, and Misty Canyon Ranch.
