Grass Valley's Billy Wallace won the Wingless Sprints Feature at Silver Dollar Speedway in Chico July 25, continuing his competition in the overall points race for the King of California Sprint Car Series.

Wallace is currently in sixth place with 183 points at Silver Dollar while Jimmy Pettit leads the series with 269 points.

Mark Hall, also from Grass Valley, took 10th place in the 410 Sprints “A” feature last week. Hall currently sits behind 410 Sprints leader Bobby McMahan in the points race with 341 points. McMahan touts a 24-point advantage with 365.

Grass Valley's Pat Harvey Jr. finished seventh in the 410 Sprints “B” feature.

Marysville Raceway Park

Jeremy Burt (Grass Valley) took second in the 360 Sprint Cars July 25 behind Colfax's Colby Wiesz.

Burt currently sits second behind Brent Dothage in the point standings with 437 points.
