Connie Palmer died July 18. She was 55.
Services will be held at 9:30 a.m. on Friday, July 31 at Sylvan Cemetery, 7401 Auburn Road in Citrus Heights.
She was born June 13, 1954, in Sacramento to Ralph McKinney and Mary Bell (Brown) McKinney.
She attended Encina High School, and married Melvin Dillon in June of 1970 in Reno, Nev. She married John Palmer in 1991.
We know she is now an angel in Heaven and wants us to be strong, but we will miss her smile, her laughter and her warm, gentle kisses. We love you to the moon, stars, Pluto and back.
She is survived by her husband, John Palmer; daughter, Rhonda Dillon, her daughters Destiny and Samantha Karpus; son, Jason Dillon; his daughter, Damien David and his sons Michael and Marshall Dillon; sisters Barbara Johnson, Jean Fredrick and Brenda Rochon, in addition to many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her first husband and father of her children, Melvin Dillon; father, Ralph McKinney; mother, Mary Bell McKinney and sister, Carolyn Wennert.
