Marshall and Renee Sater
Marshall and Renee Sater of Penn Valley will be celebrating 60 years of marriage July 9.
They were married July 9, 1949, in Oakland.
They are the parents of Nancy Angel of Dublin and Cathy Hanford of Penn Valley. They have three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Mr. Sater is retired from working in sheet metal. He enjoys traveling in their motor home and family, and has been in the Cultural Society of Friends since kindergarten.
Mrs. Sater is a housewife and the best mom in the world. She enjoys her family.
The couple formerly resided in Castro Valley. Mrs. Sater lived in the area as a child, and they have lived here together for 20 years.
They will be celebrating with 80 of their closest friends and relatives.
