At 9:49 p.m. Sunday, a woman from Freeman Lane reported a bipolar man who was off his meds was preaching the gospel. He was very manic and hallucinating. He called her and told her was going to the emergency room to attempt to resuscitate someone.

A caller from the hospital reported at 10:07 p.m. that the man was in the emergency room waiting room. He was advised to move on.
