Harriett Fels, known to many in this community as a dedicated, inspiring educator involved with the company Cell Tech, has passed away peacefully in her home on April 17.
Harriett was born in Montreal, Canada, on Sept. 16, 1947. Both of her parents are deceased and she is survived by a younger sister who lives in Canada.
She enjoyed hiking in nature, travel and reading. She was a freelance writer and an activist. She valued freedom, care for the environment and justice for all life.
