Debra Debbie Ann Warren went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, Jan. 29, in San Jose.
A memorial service will be held at 1 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 7, at the Nevada City United Methodist Church.
She was born Debra Ann Warren to Frank and Connie Warren on May 16, 1956, in San Jose. Debbie graduated from Nevada Union High School in Grass Valley, and attended DeAnza College in San Jose. She worked for Hewlett Packard, Agilent Technology, Starbucks, UPS, and CalSOAP (Gilroy Unified School District) during her lifetime.
Debbie is a member of Sunnyvale Seventh Day Adventist Church. She was always playing or watching sports and was an avid fan of the San Jose Sharks. Debbie won a National Championship in Equestrian competition. She loved the outdoors, spent time landscaping, and her 65 Mustang. Debbie especially loved her family and spending time with them and with her friends.
Debbie is survived by her partner, Julie Beach and her family Ryan, Brianna, and Tyler Fastenau of San Martin; her mother, Connie Warren of Grass Valley; her brother, Michael (Sherry) Warren of Everett, Wash.; her sister, Linda (Tim) Smith of Olympia, Wash.; Dedee and John Beach of Roseville, and many friends.
Any memorial contributions are requested to be designated to Nevada City United Methodist Church or Sierra Nevada Cancer Center at SNMH in Grass Valley.
