10:06 a.m. — A caller from a business in the 700 block of Whispering Pines Lane reported a shop door appeared to have been broken in an attempted burglary.
1:12 p.m. — A caller from East Main Street reported a car with two people inside smoking marijuana.

A man and a woman were arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence, being under the influence of a controlled substance and driving without a valid license. Both vehicles were impounded.
