3:22 p.m. A business on the 300 block of Brunswick Road requested a welfare check on a customer who appeared under the influence and was driving away with an 11-year-old in the car.
4:13 p.m. A person on the 200 block of South Church Street flagged down a passing officer and reported someone had just driven up in a white truck, got out and stabbed his vehicles tire. Officers took a report for vandalism.
5:53 p.m. A burglar alarm went off at a business on the 100 block of South Church Street.
6:15 p.m. Subjects were seen throwing fireworks from a Ford pickup truck on Highway 49 under the Brunswick Road bridge.
7:33 p.m. A caller from the 100 block of West Berryhill Drive reported a neighbor kicked in her door to complain that her children were too loud. Officers counseled the parties and separated them for the evening.
9:02 p.m. A gunshot was seen and heard by a caller on the 500 block of Whiting Street who saw muzzle flash from his balcony and smelled some gunpowder. Responding officers could not locate any shooters.
9:35 p.m. A caller reported bottle rockets being shot off at Slate Creek and Ridge roads.

12:04 a.m. A caller from the 100 block of Huntington Court reported her husband was being beaten up when the call was cut off. Dispatch called back to the number, but none of the parties involved wanted to sign a complaint.

1:13 a.m. A woman was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence on the ramp to Highway 20 near French Street. She was booked into the Wayne Brown Correctional Facility.
